Capitol Hill Group Ministry (CHGM) is an interfaith, interracial coalition of congregations and concerned individuals united to serve the spiritual and social needs of the Capitol Hill Community and beyond. For 37 years it has been a community based non-profit group that promotes understanding across racial, ethnic, class and theological lines; supports clergy and lay leaders in translating spiritual commitment into meaningful community service; and sponsors programs that address the problems of poverty and alienation.

We welcome the inclusion of additional congregations and associations, particularly those in northwest DC and suburban Maryland, interested in furthering CIHN's efforts. Join our nondenominational network to help homeless families stay together while working toward getting back onto their feet.
